Tipperary minor footballers beat Limerick 1-11 to 0-7 in Rathkeale after a fantastic opening 20 minute spell. Tipp held the advantage throughout the game and a goal by Ronan O'Brien on 49 minutes proved crucial to securing the win.
After the game our reporter Stephen Gleeson spoke to the winning manager John McNamara who sung the praises of his squad. Tipp face Waterford next in the championship while Limerick will play Clare.
