"I was happy with the way the lads responded..." Brendan Cummins, the Tipperary Under 20 hurling manager was thrilled as his side beat Waterford 3-26 to 3-13 in the Munster Under 20 hurling championship and qualify for the knockout round against Clare.
Tipp stormed to a strong finish hitting two late goals to beat Waterford convincingly on Friday night in Thurles hitting two late goals with Jack Leamy to the fore as well as captain Darragh Stakelum who hit five points. Tipp manager Brendan Cummins spoke to our reporter Stephen Gleeson at the Tipperary dressing room just after full time. Have a listen to the audio here!
