A popular fashion retailer is carrying out a recall of a children's clothing item due to a safety concern.

According to the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC), Primark Limited (t/a Penneys) has recalled their Faded Leaf Children’s Shorts due to the ends of the drawstrings measuring more than 20cm.

The drawstrings on the item (type/number of model: 3070301) could reportedly get entangled and cause accidents such as strangulation for children. placeholder image
