Formerly of Villas 2, Muirhevnamore and Littlemills, Dundalk.
Who died unexpectedly on Thursday 14th December 2023.
Predeceased by his son Mark, parents Agnes and Kevin. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, son Shane, daughters Lisa, Claire, Laura and Rachel and their mother Ann, his partner Anne-Marie, brother Dermot, sister Caroline, sons in-law, daughters in-law, his adored 13 grandchildren, mother in-law Winnie Lennon, brothers and sisters in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at his home in Bothar Na Feirme, (A91P6HY) on Saturday from 4pm to 8pm and Sunday 2pm to 8pm. Removal on Monday morning at 10.40am proceeding on foot to the Church of The Holy Family, Muirhevnamore arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am, followed by Private cremation in Lakelands Crematorium, Cavan.

Formerly Lavey, South Derry. Peacefully, in the dedicated care of the staff of Cúram Care Home, Dundalk. Predeceased by his beloved wife Sarah (nee McAllarey), son Patrick (in Infancy), parents John and Elizabeth, grandson Danny Byrne, brothers Paul and Michael and sisters Betty and Annie. He will be sadly missed by his sorrowing daughters and sons Mary, Seán, Michael, Christine and Maureen, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers Francis, Gerard, Pat, Joe, Seamus and Tony, sisters Brigid, Sarah, Dolores and Teresa, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at his home (Eircode A91 P8D5) from 2pm-8pm on Friday, December 15th. Removal on Saturday, December 16th, at 10.30am, proceeding on foot to the Church of the Holy Redeemer (Eircode A91 NY2Y), arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Dundalk.
The death has occurred of Tommy Mackin Gibstown, Dundalk, Louth
Thomas (Tommy) Mackin, Gibstown, Ardee Road, Dundalk, Peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, 14th December 2023. Tommy much loved husband of Josie née Kavanagh, dear father of Martin, Dymphna, Gráinne and Ciara, devoted grandad of Elizabeth, Thomas and Conall, brother of Kevin, Nancy, and the late Mickey, Paddy, Maggie, and Mainie. Tommy will be sadly missed by his wife, son, daughters, grandchildren, brother, sister, sons-in-law Derek Murdock and Pat Duffy, and Martin’s partner Rebecca Harte, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Tommy will repose at McGeoughs Funeral Home, Jocelyn Street A91 XW66 from 2pm until 5pm on Saturday. Funeral Mass on Sunday at 1pm in St. Michael's Church, Darver. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.
