The death has occurred of Josie Mackin (née Kavanagh) of Gibstown, Ardee Road, Dundalk, Louth
Peacefully at her home, on 1 August 2024. Josie, much loved wife of the late Tommy, dear mother of Martin, Dymphna, Grainne and Ciara, devoted nanny of Elizabeth, Thomas and Conall. Josie will be sadly missed by her son, daughters, grandchildren, sons in law Derek Murdock and Pat Duffy and Martins partner Rebecca Harte, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at McGeoughs Funeral Home, Jocelyn Street from 3pm to 7pm on Friday. Funeral Mass and burial will take place privately on Saturday. All enquires to Oisin and Rosemary Rogers Mc Geoughs Funerals 0429334283.

The death has occurred of Kevin (Snr) Commins of Mullenstown, Ardee, Co Louth
On 1 August 2024, peacefully at the Beacon Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by his parents Denis and Katie and his brother Danny. Sadly missed by his loving family, his wife Vera, sons Martin and Kevin (Jnr.), brothers Tommy, John (Oliver), Jim, Patsy and twin brother Paul, daughters-in-law Janette and Catherine, grandchildren Matthew, Cian, Katie, Jonathan and Courtney, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Reposing at his residence on Friday and Saturday from 4.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Removal on Sunday morning at 11.30 am to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Old St. Mary's Cemetery. Family flowers only please. House private on Sunday morning.
