The death has occurred of Thomas Smith of McSwiney Street, Dundalk, Co Louth

On 20 March 2024, peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Thomas, much loved husband of Bernadette (née McGeown) dear father of Fintan and Gerry, granda of Sean, Aideen, Grace, Megan, Vincent, Conor, Amy, great grandchildren Mason, Kaylarose and Sean, brother of Hubert and the late Madge, Phylis, Claris, Alice and Maureen. He will be sadly missed by his sons, grandchildren great grandchildren, daughters in law Lilian and Paula, brother, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at McGeoughs Funeral home, Jocelyn Street on Thursday from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Friday morning in St Nicholas' Church arriving for Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St Patrick's Cemetery. All enquiries to Oisín and Rosemary Rogers, Mc Geoughs Funerals 042 9334283.

The death has occurred of Ann Kearns (née McGauley) of Rockfield, Ardee, Co Louth

On 20 March 2024, peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by her parents Dominic and Patricia and her brothers John and Kenneth. Sadly missed by her loving family, her husband Declan, daughter Sarah, sons Karl, Ross and Glen, sister Louise, brother Paul, sisters-in-law Claire and Noeleen, brothers-in-law Pat, Greg and David, grandchildren Abigail and Ollie, aunt Sheila, uncle Tom, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home on Friday from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm. Removal on Saturday morning at 9.30 am to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee arriving for Funeral Mass 10.00 am. Burial afterwards in Old St. Mary's Cemetery, Ardee. House private on Saturday morning please.
