The death has occurred of Rose Patricia Coggans (née McArdle) of Polperro, Mounthamilton, Carrick Road, Dundalk, Co Louth and formerly Drumbear, Co Monaghan
Suddenly, but peacefully, on August 21 2024, in the attentive care of the staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by her family. Predeceased by her son John, aged 11, in 1979, by her parents, brother Brendan, sister Carmel and son-in-law Derek. Loving and most loved wife of John (Seán) for over 61 years, mother to Stephanie, Mary and David, Nana to Rebecca, Christopher, Amy, Lucy, Grace, Dearbhla, Ruairí, Áine and Niamh and mother-in-law to Noel and Sarah. She will be sadly missed by her husband, daughters, son, grandchildren, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Patricia will repose at her home on Thursday 22 August from 12 noon to 8pm. Removal on Friday, August 23rd, at 10.30am, driving to the Church of the Holy Redeemer, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. After Mass, the cortège will drive to St. Patrick’s Cemetery for burial. Family flowers only, please. Enquiries to Quinn’s Funeral Homes on 042 9334521.

The death has occurred of Stella Maguire (née Lee) of Moorehall, Hale Street, Ardee, Co Louth and formerly of Suffolk Street, Kells, Co Meath
Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda on Monday 19 August 2024. Predeceased by her parents Richard and Kathleen (Lee), her sister Anne and brothers Dickie, J.J. and Christy. She will be missed by her heartbroken family, loving husband Seán, devoted children Patrick, Lee, John, Kathleen and Sinéad, her cherished grandchildren Lee (Aisling), Matthew, Conor and Seán Óg, sons-in-law Dominic and Terence, her sister Kay and brothers Patsy and Jim, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and good friends.
Reposing at Finlay's Funeral Home, Tierney Street, Ardee, Co. Louth on Thursday 22 from 3pm to 7pm. House private please. Removal will take place on Friday leaving from Stella's home on Hale Street at 9:45am walking to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee arriving for 10am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Ballapousta Cemetery.
