The death has occurred of Maura Larrissey (née Coleman) of Brook Street, Dundalk, Louth

Peacefully in the wonderful care of St Oliver’s Hospital on 14 August 2023.  Maura much loved  wife of the late Sean, beloved mother of Eamon, Joe, Brendan, and the late Anne Duffy, loving nanny of Stephen, Emmett, Clara, Hannah, Nessa and Conail, great grandnanny of Jonah, Willow, Evan, Doris-Anne, Roger, sister of Teresa, Ollie, Gerard, Peggy and Eileen and the late Willie, Seanie and Tony. 

She will be sadly missed by her sons, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, son in law Joe, daughter in law Helen, Joe's partner Margaret, Eamon’s partner Nelfe, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing in McGeoughs Funeral, Jocelyn Street from 6pm to 8pm on Tuesday evening. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning at 11am in The Church of The Holy Redeemer. Burial afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery. All enquires, please contact Oisín Rogers, McGeoughs Funerals 0429334283.

The death has occurred of Ann Rooney of Waterford and formerly of Reaghstown, Ardee, Co. Louth

On 13 August 2023, peacefully after a long illness in St. James' Hospital, Dublin. Predeceased by her mother Eileen and her brothers Jim and Paul. Sadly missed by her loving family, her father Jim, sister Sharon, partner Sean, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Tenanty's Funeral Home, Market Square, Ardee on Wednesday from 2.00 pm to 8.00 pm. Removal on Thursday morning at 10.15 am to St. Finian's Church, Dromin arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00 am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Paul Armstrong of '’Clan Rye'', Castle Hill, Carlingford, Louth

Suddenly at Our Lady Of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda. Predeceased by his mother Sheila, father Alex and brother Simon. Very deeply regretted by his sister Julie, brother-in-law Nino, nephews and nieces Natalia, Jake, Mikey and Mia and grandniece's Marcie and Evie. Also by Mark and Georgina and his aunt Molly.

Reposing at his residence from 11:00am Tuesday morning for friends and neighbours to call. Removal on Wednesday morning to Dardistown crematorium arriving for Funeral Service at 12:30pm.
