The death has occurred of Margaret (Mags) Hackett (née Lawless) of Bredin Street, Drogheda and formerly of Dundalk
On 16 March 2024, peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Beloved wife of Mick and loving mother to Niall, Ivor and Hazel. Mags will be sadly missed by her husband, sons and daughter, Hazel’s partner Dave, Niall’s partner Mauri and Ivor’s partner Jackie, brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends especially Sharon, Rita and Deborah.
Reposing in Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes on Thursday from 5pm until 7pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Friday at 11.30am in Our Lady of Lourdes Church. Burial will take place afterwards in St Peters Cemetery.

Peacefully in the loving care of the wonderful staff of St. Peter's Nursing Home, Castlebellingham on Monday 18 March 2024. Predeceased by his wife Sara, sister Ethel and brothers Sonny and Willie. He will be sadly missed by his loving daughters Suzanne and Marie, his grandchildren Ava, Ben, Sorcha, Sam and Saidhbh, his sisters Mary and Aileen, sons-in-law Diarmuid and Eamon, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Finlay Funeral Home, Tierney Street, Ardee, on Wednesday from 3pm to 7pm. Removal on Thursday morning leaving Finlay Funeral Home at 10:40am to St. Catherine's Church, Ballapousta arriving for 11am Funeral Mass. Burial afterwards in Ballapousta Cemetery. Family flowers only please.
