The death has occurred of Mary McArdle (nee Nugent), Cunnicar, Hackballscross, Dundalk, Co. Louth
Peacefully in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda surrounded by her loving family on 1 January 2024. Mary is predeceased by her beloved husband Denis, her parents Thomas and Brigid, brother Michael and sisters Alice Brennan and Philomena Harte.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children Peter, Thomas, Malachy and Sarah, her grandchildren Cathal, Shane, Conor and Kerrianne, sisters Annie Daly and Margaret McEnaney, her daughters in-law Lucy and Mairead, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Reposing at her home, on Tuesday 2 January from 4:00 pm – 9:00pm and Wednesday 3 January from 4:00 pm – 9:00pm. Removal Thursday morning at 10.30am to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kilkerley arriving for Funeral Mass at 11:00am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. House private on Thursday morning, please. Family flowers only.

The death has occurred of David Cunningham of 5 Loughview Park, Newry and formerly Dundalk
On 31 December 2023, peacefully at Craigavon Area Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Angela, loving father of Gerard, Annemarie, Michelle and the late baby David, predeceased by his parents Gerry and Millicent, his sister Doris and his brother Gerard.
Very deeply regretted by his loving wife, son, daughters, grandchildren Darragh, Shea, Cian, Cillian, Saoirse, Fianna and Claragh, brothers Alan and Vincent, sister Millicent, daughter-in-law Eadaoin, sons-in-law Neil and Paddy, nephews, nieces and the extended family circle.
Reposing at his late residence from 12 noon Tuesday 2 January, until removal on Thursday morning 4 January at 11.15am, arriving for Requiem Mass at 12 noon in The Church of the Sacred Heart, Cloughoge. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

The death has occurred of Brendan McEvoy of The Cottage, Mooremount and late of Upper Main Street, Dunleer, Co Louth
In his 93rd year, peacefully in the wonderful care of the doctors and staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, surrounded by his family. Brendan, beloved husband of the late Bernadette (née Flynn) and loving father of Paul, Terry and Eilish (Byrne).
Predeceased by his parents Michael and Elizabeth, sister Joan (Hodgins) and brother Kevin. Sadly missed by his sons, daughter, grandchildren Joseph, Terry, Krystal, Michael, Tara, Emmet, Sara and Shane, great-grandchildren Elizabeth and Alexandrea, son-in-law Patrick, daughters-in-law Pamela and Gillian, brothers-in-law Oliver and Franky, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Connor’s Funeral Home, Dunleer on Tuesday from 4pm until 8pm. Removal on Wednesday morning to Saint Brigid’s Church, Dunleer arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St. Denis’s Cemetery, Clogherhead. House private please.
