The death has occurred of Laurence (Laurie) Carroll of Moorehall Village and Sliabh Breagh, Ardee, Co. Louth
On 20 August 2024, peacefully at home after a long illness bourne with great courage and dignity. Predeceased by his loving wife Nancy (nee Halpin), his parents Margaret and Bernard, brothers George, Ben, John, Jimmy, Joe, Frank and sisters Pat, twins Mary and Lynn. Sadly missed by his loving family his son John and daughter Anne, son-in-law Dermot, grandchildren Sean, Luke, Mark and Sadhbh, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Tenanty's Funeral Home, Market Square, Ardee on Wednesday from 3.00 pm to removal at 6.30 pm to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Ardee arriving for funeral prayers at 7.00 pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday morning at 10.00 am. Burial afterwards in Ballapousta Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Stella Maguire (née Lee) of Moorehall, Hale Street, Ardee, Co. Louth / Kells, Co Meath
Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda on Monday 19 August 2024. Predeceased by her parents Richard and Kathleen (Lee), her sister Anne and brothers Dickie, J.J. and Christy. She will be missed by her heartbroken family, loving husband Seán, devoted children Patrick, Lee, John, Kathleen and Sinéad, her cherished grandchildren Lee (Aisling), Matthew, Conor and Seán Óg, sons-in-law Dominic and Terence, her sister Kay and brothers Patsy and Jim, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and good friends.
