The death has occurred of Patrick (Paddy) Sands of Clermont Park, Haggardstown, Co Louth

Peacefully in the wonderful care of Blackrock Abbey, Nursing home, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday 20th May 2025. Paddy, beloved husband of the late Sheila née Cunningham, dear father of Kathleen, Marie, Rose, Thomas, Catherine, Patrick, Sheila, Geraldine, Martina, Olivia, John and Alan the late Andy and brother of the late Tom and Mary. He will be sadly missed by his sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces relatives and friends.

Reposing at McGeoughs Funeral, Jocelyn Street, from 2pm until 7pm on Wednesday. Removal on Friday morning from his home to St. Fursey’s Church, Haggardstown, arriving for Mass at 12 noon.
