The death has occurred of Carmel MCGUINNESS (née Scanlon) Greengates, Blackrock, Louth, A91VY3V
Who passed away peacefully at home after been cared for by her loving family.
Beloved wife of Jim and a cherished mam. Predeceased by her parents James and Annie and grand-daughter Sarah-Louise.
Carmel will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband, sons, daughters, her adored grandchildren, brother Oliver, sister Mary Fletcher, sons and daughters in-law, brothers and sisters in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family relatives, neighbours and friends.
Reposing at her residence in Greengates (A91VY3V) Friday and Saturday 12 noon to 8pm. Removal on Sunday afternoon at 1.40pm on foot to the Dublin Road, then driving to St. Fursey's Church, Haggardstown arriving for Funeral Mass at 2pm followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Sharon Lawless (Curran) Drogheda, Louth
Sharon Lawless (Curran) Five Oaks, Drogheda and formerly of Marley Court, 3rd September 2024. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital surrounded by her loving family aged 58 years. Sharon, predeceased by her Dad Fintan, husband Pierre and infant daughter Atlanta-May. Beloved and adored Mam to Rhianna. Very sadly missed by her heartbroken daughter, Mam Angela, brother Mark, sisters Nicola and Gillian, brothers in law Richie and Conor, sister in law Judith, nephews & nieces Colm, Tara, Emer, Orla, Sophie, Cyle, James, Georgia and Warren, aunts, uncles, extended family and a large circle of friends and also her beloved dogs Bailey and Sandy and cat Polly.
Reposing at the home of her sister Nicola, Five Oaks (A92AX2N) from 3 o’clock until 8 o’clock on Thursday. Funeral Mass on Friday at 11 o’clock in St. Mary’s Church, James Street and can be viewed on www.stmarysdrogheda.ie. Burial afterwards in St. Peter’s Cemetery. House private on Friday morning please.
