Dundalk court: Stole a bottle of vodka

Man (28) given two month sentence for stealing vodka from Dunnes Stores
A homeless man who stole a bottle of Grey Goose vodka from Dunnes Stores in Ard Easmuinn was sentenced to two months at Dundalk district court.
The court heard Jake Keenan (28) with an address at the time at the Simon Community, Barrack Street, Dundalk had placed the bottle under his coat on January 21st last.
He had 95 previous convictions including 20 for theft.
The defence solicitor said his client had received an eight month sentence in the court "two or three weeks ago".
