Friday's weather forecast for Louth

Friday will be cloudy with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, possibly heavy at times.

The rain will gradually clear northwards during the late afternoon and evening with isolated showers and a few bright or sunny spells to end the day.

Highest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees in moderate easterly winds, veering westerly as the rain clears.

On Friday night any lingering rain  will clear early on.

A mix of clear spells and scattered showers will follow for the rest of the night.

Lowest temperatures of 2 to 6 degrees in a light to moderate southwest breeze.
