Louth County Council grants planning permission

Louth County Council has given the go ahead for a new housing development of eight houses in Tallanstown.

Rainberry Limited applied to Louth County Council in May of this year, for planning permission for the development at Rathbrist Rd, Tallanstown, Co Louth.

The proposed development comprises eight, two-storey, three bed dwellings, six of which are semi-detached, and two detached. The planning application also provides for items including connection and extension to existing road and footpath network and all associated siteworks.

Louth County Council sought further information on the plans for the development in June of this year. Significant further information was provided to the local planning authority last month, which included an amendment to the site layout, boundary planting and landscaping; revised dwelling plans; and amended drainage details to layout.

Planning permission was granted for the development on 2 December, subject to 13 planning conditions.
