Division 3A

Stabannon Parnells GFC 0-10

Oilibhéar Pluincéad 1-7

There was huge drama in mid Louth as Oliver Plunketts levelled in the dying seconds with Stabannon Parnells in this top of the table clash in Division 3A.

Parnells were seconds away from clinching the league title when veteran Sean Brassil pounced for a late goal in the refixed clash to level the game at 1-7 to 0-10.

Plunketts need results to go their way on Saturday to leapfrog Stabannon but a draw and even a loss could still suffice for the reigning Junior champions.

Division 3B

Sean McDermotts 1-17

John Mitchels 1-14

Champions John Mitchels suffered their first defeat to an excellent Sean McDermotts with the Mountrush side recording a 1-17 to 1-14 win.

Marty Duffy was the man in form for the winners as he landed 1-4, while Stefan Halpenny and Cormac Walsh kicked three points apiece. Niall Babington and Emmet Duffy were also on target for the Seans.

Naomh Malachi 6-12

Westerns 2-4

Meanwhile, Nh Malachi warmed up for their promotion play-off clash with a comprehensive victory over Westerns.

The Mals dominated this encounter from the outset as they eased to a 6-12 to 2-4 win.

Finally in St. Brigid's Park, Dowdallshill would end the season without a win as Dwayne Markey was sensational for Annaghminnon Rovers in their comfortable 3-26 to 0-3 victory.
