Thursday night: Mostly cloudy with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, heavy at times, becoming increasingly confined to the south and southeast as clearer breaks develop further north and west towards morning.

Lowest temperatures of 10 to 15 degrees coolest in the north with mostly moderate southwesterly winds fresh to strong and gusty in northwestern coastal fringes.
