Highest temperatures of 8 to 10 degrees, with moderate southerly winds, strengthening in the afternoon.
Thursday night: Cloudy with outbreaks of rain and drizzle continuing in most places.
Some mist and fog will form also. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 9 degrees, coolest in the north, with moderate southwesterly winds.
