Louth Weather: Cloudier day with some bright or sunny spells

Thursday, will be a cloudier day overall with outbreaks of rain in the south and west of the province.

The rain will gradually edge northwards through the day, with some heavy bursts at times.

The northeast of the province will remain dry, however, with some bright or sunny spells.

Highest temperatures of 14 to 17 degrees, with moderate east to southeasterly winds easing in the afternoon.

Rain will gradually ease and become patchier on Thursday night with occasional clear breaks developing.

Lowest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees with mist and fog patches forming in the light southeasterly breezes.
