Louth Weather: Dry with sunny spells

Many parts dry with sunny spells to begin today. Cloud amounts will tend to increase from the west through the day, but there will still be sunny spells.

Highest temperatures of 18 to 21 degrees with light to moderate southwest winds, increasing moderate to fresh later.

Cloudy or overcast conditions will spread eastwards over the country along with outbreaks of rain and drizzle, which will turn persistent and perhaps heavy locally in the west and north.

A mild night with temperatures no lower that 13 to 16 degrees. Winds will be mostly moderate southwest, fresh to strong near coasts.
