Mist and fog patches will clear through the morning and the rest of the day will be mostly dry with a mix of cloud and some bright spells. Highest temperatures of 13 to 15 degrees in light west to southwesterly winds.

Tuesday night: Mostly dry overnight with some clear spells, especially in the southeast.

Some rain and drizzle too, especially for Atlantic areas later.

Lowest temperatures generally of 7 to 11 degrees in light, occasionally moderate, southwest breezes with mist and fog patches developing again.
