Mist and fog will be slow to clear this morning, lingering in some spots into the afternoon. Otherwise, it will be a dry day with spells of sunshine. Highest temperatures of 8 to 11 degrees in light winds.

Dry for most on Tuesday night with areas of mist and fog forming, becoming dense in places, in just light variable breezes.

However, it will turn cloudier in parts of the west and north overnight with isolated patches of light rain and drizzle developing.

Lowest temperatures of 2 to 5 degrees generally, though it will be slightly milder under cloud cover in the west and northwest.
