Meet Louth's Nose of Tralee adorable cockapoo Teddy

Voting for the overall 2026 Nose of Tralee winner opens on July 24 and the winner will be crowned on August 18
Meet County Louth's Nose of Tralee hopeful Teddy.
Adorable Cockapoo Teddy has been chosen to represent County Louth in the 2026 Nose of Tralee competition, organised by Pet Sitters Ireland.
As a proud Ardee dog, Teddy will be flying the flag for the wee county in this fun nationwide competition celebrating Ireland's favourite dogs and is hoping the people of Louth will support him by voting for him to be crowned Nose of Tralee.
Teddy is a almost three-year-old Cockapoo from Ardee, Co. Louth, who is full of personality.
His proud owner Niamh Mullen said: “Anyone who meets Teddy falls in love with him.
“For a dog who can't talk, he somehow has the biggest personality in the room and keeps everyone laughing with his funny expressions and human-like ways.
“He's happiest on his daily sunset walks and loves making new friends, especially if treats are involved!
“Teddy is proudly representing County Louth in the Nose of Tralee competition, and we'd love the support of the local community. Every vote means the world to us as we try to bring the title home to Louth.”
Voting opens on 24th July and the winner will be announced on August 18th after the public vote.
Every person can vote once a day, and every vote will help Teddy in his bid to become Ireland's next Nose of Tralee.
