SalesPlus celebrates 10 years in business
Monaghan based SalesPlus, headed up by a father and son team, Michael and Eamon McElroy, celebrates ten years of business this year.
SalesPlus began trading in 2014, offering an experienced outsourced sales role for SME's. Based on years of previous experience, co-founders Michael McElroy and Willie Maxwell believed that many SMEs were superb at innovating, manufacturing or delivering a service, but that most owner managers did not like selling or didn't have the resources inhouse to carry out an effective sales strategy.
Thus SalesPlus was born, offering an outsourced sales generating service to ambitious companies who wished to increase their sales both at home and cross border.
SalesPlus works in association with government backed agencies such as InterTradeIreland and Local Enterprise Offices to deliver a comprehensive range of services, from mentoring, to done for you sales strategies.
Michael's son Eamon joined the company in 2019 as managing director and heads up the FinancePlus department, working with clients on a range of financial projects from cash flow projections to accessing funding. Both Michael and Eamon say they are delighted to be celebrating this milestone achievement.
“We both believe strongly in building long lasting business relationships with our clients that deliver results”, said Michael, “and we are very conscious that in today's economic world we need to offer a suite of services to support a company's sales strategy.
“We have now grown to a multi-disciplinary consultancy, still primarily working with SMEs offering a range of services that include sales, finance, digital marketing and web design. SalesPlus now encompasses a full-time team of five people, supported by four associates, to optimise geographic coverage of the island as well as sectoral expertise.”
