New housing planned for Tallanstown

Plans are underway for a new housing development in Tallanstown.

Rainberry Limited applied to Louth County Council last week, for planning permission for the development at Rathbrist Td, Tallanstown, Co.Louth.

The applicant is seeking planning permission to to construct eight, two storey, three bed dwellings, six of which are semi detached and two are detached.

The planning application also provides for connection and extension to existing road and footpath network; provision of attenuation storage; connection to existing storm and foul drainage system; and all associated siteworks.

A decision is due on the planning application by 16 May 2024, with submissions due by 25 April.
