New plans for 51 houses in Dunleer

New plans have been lodged with Louth County Council for 51 houses in Dunleer in a development that was previously granted planning permission in 2021.

Birchgrange Ltd has applied for planning permission for the development at Woodlands, Dunleer, Co Louth, consisting of 51 two storey houses, comprising two detached houses, 20 semi-detached houses and 29 terraced units.

In the 2021 application, planning was originally sought for 53 dwellings, comprising 24 two storey semi-detached houses, 28 two storey terraced houses and one detached house, but following the submission of further information that October, the number of dwellings changed to 50.

A decision is due on the current application by 25 January, with submissions due by 4 January 2025.
