Planning sought for 22 older people and persons with limited mobility housing units
Plans are underway for the construction of 22 homes in Ardee suitable for older people and persons with limited mobility.
BKC Alliance Ltd has applied to Louth County Council for planning permission for the development at Boat Trench, Ardee, Co. Louth.
The proposed development consists of five blocks of single storey semi-detached and terrace buildings, comprising 18 one-bedroom units and four two-bedroom units.
The planning application also provides for items including the provision of a new access road and pedestrian access leading to the public road; carparking spaces; covered bicycle spaces; site lighting and revised site boundary treatments with associated site works.
A decision is due on the application by 13 August, with submissions due by 23 July 2024.
