Plans for six new houses in Louth Village

Plans are underway for a new housing development in Louth Village, that if given the go ahead would see the construction of six new homes.

Joan Construction Limited has applied to Louth County Council for planning permission for the development at Mullavalley, Louth Village, Dundalk.

The applicant is seeking permission to construct six, three bedroom, semi-detected two storey dwelling houses. The planning application also provides for connections to all public services and all associated site works.

A decision is due from Louth County Council on the application, which is at a pre-validation stage, by 23 March 2024, with submissions due by 2 March 2024.
