Plans progressing for Louth housing development
Decision due next month from local planning authority
Plans are progressing, with a decision due next month from Louth County Council, on a proposal for a housing development of eight houses in Tallanstown.
Rainberry Limited applied to Louth County Council in May of this year, for planning permission for the development at Rathbrist Rd, Tallanstown, Co Louth.
The proposed development comprises eight, two-storey, three bed dwellings, six of which are semi-detached, and two detached. The planning application also provides for items including connection and extension to existing road and footpath network and all associated siteworks.
Louth County Council sought further information on the plans for the development in June of this year. Following the submission of significant further information this month, a decision is now due on the application by 5 December.
