Plans are underway for a new residential development of 31 homes on the Dublin Road in Dundalk.
V & P Mathews Development Ltd has applied to Louth County Council for planning permission for a development at Marshes Upper, Dublin Road, Dundalk.
The planned development comprises 31 residential units consisting of one, three storey block of apartment/duplex units, comprising seven two-bedroom units and seven three-bedroom units; and two three storey blocks of apartment/duplex units, each comprising two, two-bedroom units and two, three-bedroom units.
It also comprises a two storey terraced block of houses, comprising seven, three-bedroom units; and two, two storey semi-detached four-bedroom houses.
The planning application also provides for vehicular/pedestrian access from the Dublin Road R215, bin store, bicycle store, private and public open spaces, car parking, landscaping and all associated site development works to facilitate the development.
A decision is due on the application by 9 August with submissions due by 19 July 2023.
