The annual CrossCause fundraiser recently raised a massive €15,435 (and counting!) to support their projects in Ghana.

The rocket launch event held on St Stephen’s Day was an awe inspiring display of technological prowess and charitable goodwill.

The event offered attendees a chance to witness the rocket launch up close providing a spectacle that combines scientific advancement along with the spirit of giving back.

In addition to the launch, there was also live music, food stalls and all of the fun associated with the CrossCause St Stephens Days event which has been happening annually for over 20 years now.

Founded in 2003, CrossCause is an Irish registered charity, set up by dedicated volunteers working with special needs orphans in Romania.

Due to their success in the past, they have also been able to expand into Eastern Europe and West Africa.
