Dunleer based engineering solutions company, Suretank, says it is delighted to announce the launch of a new bursary programme in partnership with Dundalk Institute of Technology (DKIT). This initiative aims to support students pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic & Electrical Engineering or Architectural Technology, aligning with its commitment to Engineering for a Sustainable Future.
The Suretank Bursary is open to DKIT students who have successfully completed their second year of studies (Level 7 and Level 8) and are progressing their studies towards their Level 8 Honours Degree. This bursary will provide financial support for the recipients’ final two years of education, helping them to focus on their studies and achieve their academic goals.
Suretank says it is proud to collaborate with DKIT and looks forward to supporting the next generation of engineers. Suretank’s Managing Director Martin Winters stated: “We believe in investing in education and are excited about the potential of these students to contribute to the future of our industry”.
The Dunleer based company has successfully transitioned engineering students who have gained experience with Suretank as interns into full-time permanent roles upon completing their studies. By offering this bursary, Suretank says it reaffirms its commitment to fostering talent and innovation within the engineering sector, ensuring a sustainable future.
Suretank encourages eligible students to apply for the Suretank Bursary and take advantage of this opportunity to advance their education and career prospects. "Together with DKIT", it adds, "we are building a brighter future for engineering graduates and the industry as a whole".
