Road surface works update for busy Clare road
THE N18 surfacing works are due to continue next week. Motorists are advised that there will be some diversions.
On Monday night, August 28, diversions of N18 traffic through Limerick between Junction 2 and Junction 4 will be in place.
All works will be carried out under a northbound road closure, with two- way traffic maintained on a contraflow on the opposite carriageway.
The program for next week is set out below:
Week starting Monday, August 28:
- Monday, 28 – N18 Northbound Closed Junction 2 to Junction 4: N18 Northbound Surfacing/Lining/Studs at tie in close to Junction 4
- Tuesday, 29– N18 Northbound: C1 (Limerick J4) to C4 (Bunratty South) Contraflow – N18 Northbound Surfacing/Lining/Studs
- Wednesday, 30– N18 Northbound: C1 (Limerick J4) to C4 (Bunratty South) Contraflow – N18 Northbound Surfacing/Lining/Studs
- Thursday, 31 – N18 Northbound: C1 (Limerick J4) to C4 (Bunratty South) Contraflow – N18 Northbound Surfacing/Lining/Studs
- Friday, September 1 – N18 Northbound: C3 (Ballymorris) to C5 (Bunratty North) Contraflow – N18 Northbound Surfacing/Lining/Studs
