Diversions in place following bus collision on busy Limerick road

A BUSY Limerick road is closed following a collision involving a bus and two parked vehicles.

It is understood that there were approximately 20 people on board the bus at the time of the collision.

The incident occurred this Tuesday evening on the N18 between Junction 2 at Dock Road and Junction 1/30 Rosbrien/Roxboro Southbound.

Three units from Limerick Fire and Rescue are currently attending the scene.

It is understood that no injuries were sustained during the collision.

Limerick Fire and Rescue are asking all motorists to please take an alternate route.
