Farewell to Guide Dog Hew!

"Life Changer, Freedom Facilitator, Loyal friend & Confidant".

Hew sadly passed this weekend. He will be forever missed by his owner Noreen, her family & friends. He changed his owners life. He provided Noreen with independence, confidence, company and love. After years of impeccable service he had recently retired.

Hew was a familiar sight in the cafe's and shops around Portlaoise where the staff greeted him and Noreen warmly. The whole community were always helpful and caring as Hew and Noreen navigated adult life together. Thank you all!

He will always be remember with a great sense of pride and affection. He truly was 'mans best friend's.

Goodnight good fella. Xxx
