Workers on site in Raheen to tackle deluge which is causing problems

DRIVERS are advised to expect delays if they are heading through Raheen.

That's because there has been a massive watermains burst beside the area's church at St Nessan's Road, in the direction of Raheen roundabout.

Metropolitan district leader, Cllr Daniel Butler shared footage of the road under water.

But, he added, workers are on the site, tackling the issue.

As of yet, there is no reference to the incident on the Uisce Eireann/Irish Water website.
