A LIMERICK school had a very special visitor on Thursday as The Body Coach Joe Wicks dropped in while on his tour of schools across the country.
St Brigid's NS in Garryowen was first up on the agenda for the fitness guru and he later also visited St Nessan's NS in Mungret.
St Brigid's is only one of ten national schools in the country out of 11,000 entries that Wicks will be visiting.
Wicks who is famously known as "The Body Coach," is no stranger to pushing the boundaries of fitness and engaging with his global fanbase.
With millions of followers on platforms like Instagram and Twitter, Wicks has become a symbol of motivation and healthy living.
Out at the back of the school on the astro-turf, 'The Body Coach' got the 30-minute workout underway with a warm-up and then multiple exercise's that the entire school were able to take part in.
