A JOLLY crowd of cyclists gathered outside the Hurler's Bar in Castletroy, all ready to sink their 'Claus' into the fourth-ever Limerick Santa Cycle.
The Santa Cycle is an annual cycle around Limerick city and those who take part dress up as Santa for the occasion whilst raising funds for charity.
This year the Santa Cycle was in memory of Alan Kavanagh who passed away in 2020 and all proceeds were in aid of Milford Hospice Care Centre.
Donations are still open and can be made by clicking, here.
The route started in Castletroy before the festive cyclers made their way into Limerick city centre, passing such landmarks as King John's Castle, Clancy's Strand and the Hunt Museum before making their way back to Castletroy to finish at the Hurler's Bar.
Those taking part were treated to a complimentary hot whiskey afterwards to warm up after the winter cycle.
