ONE of RTÉ's top stars kick-started the bank holiday weekend by presenting his popular radio show live from a shed in a Limerick village.
Ray D'Arcy broadcast his popular show on RTÉ Radio 1 from Women’s Shed Limerick where women of all ages can meet, learn new skills and enjoy various activities.
The show, which attracts almost 200,000 listeners daily, was broadcast live from Mungret GAA Hall and the launch event also included music, stalls, refreshments and guest speakers.
