Limerick woman to host Countrywide this weekend

LIMERICK'S Hannah Quinn-Mulligan can be seen on your TV screen and listened to on your radio this week.
The Croom dairy farmer is co-hosting a new six-part RTÉ series on climate change called Heated every Thursday night. Then on Saturday morning, November 4 at 8am, Hannah is presenting her first full show on Countrywide on RTÉ Radio 1.
Hannah, and her grandmother Catherine Quinn, have oft been popular contributors to the show but this time she will be the one asking the questions.
“It's really exciting. To the best of my knowledge it's the first time that the show will be broadcast live from the RTÉ Limerick studio. We'll be kicking off with a number of farmers and producers who sell their delicious products in the Milk Market.
“It's really important to showcase the range of agricultural produce and skills that are on offer in Limerick and the surrounding area and I'm hoping we get the chance to do that on the show,” said Hannah.
Tune in on Saturday morning to hear more.
