Limerick's Adare Manor wins another global award

LIMERICK'S Adare Manor has been awarded a Five-Star rating by Forbes’ Travel Guide.
The award comes on the back of an extremely thorough evaluation and it’s the only independent rating for luxurious resorts.
Speaking about the latest accolade, Adare Manor’s General Manager Brendan O’Connor said: “We are incredibly proud to have been awarded the globally recognised Five-Star rating from Forbes Travel Guide. As a global authority on luxury hospitality, receiving a Five- Star rating from Forbes Travel Guide is a wonderful and profound endorsement of the Adare Manor experience and the passion and commitment of our staff.
“The rigorous focus of the Forbes Travel Guide on exceeding expectations is a marvelous affirmation of our ethos to offer guests an unrivalled and exceptional experience. I would like to congratulate all of our colleagues at Adare Manor on their contribution to the hotel receiving such recognition from a hallmark of the international hospitality industry,” he added.
The sprawling resort, which includes 840 acres of parklands, gardens, a world class golf course and the Michelin Star Oak Room restaurant, was also recently named as Best Resort in the World at the 2022 Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards.
The 18 hole golf course, which was redesigned by Tom Fazio, will host The 2027 Ryder Cup and will see the world's best golfers descend on the Treaty County as they take on the fairways where the River Maigue meanders among the mature trees.
Adare Manor was built in the 1800’s and is steeped in history and in 2017 JP McManus transformed it into the luxurious haven that it is today.
