Looking ahead to Christmas in Limerick
IT'S NOT that time of year again - not just yet!
THINKING about Christmas, five months early? Limerick City and County Council (LCCC) is, as they are asking the people of Limerick what they would like to see in the city this coming Christmas.
A new online survey is seeking the public’s views on Christmas in Limerick and what events and activities they would choose to see on the festive calendar this year.
The anonymous questionnaire aims to foster creativity and inspiration from other cities, at home and abroad, as well as getting public input, according to an LCCC statement.
“Our Christmas in Limerick festival 2022 provided great family friendly activities and helped to create a festive vibe in the city,” said Eugene Crimmins, Festivals Officer at LCCC.
“We are always looking to improve our offering and as we plan for this year’s festival we want to hear what members of the public have to say.
“If you have an idea for a new attraction or want to suggest an improvement then this survey is the way to make your view count,” he concluded.
There are seven questions and the expected completion time is five to 10 minutes.
