There is a well maintained yard incorporating a three bay open machinery shed and two bay cattle shed with lean- to.

“The land is generally excellent in quality, ideal for beef, equestrian or dairy farming. It is also an excellent investment opportunity given the very strong and central location,” said Mr Crosse.

Next week, James Lee, of REA John Lee, has 30 acres on the outskirts of Newport town for sale.

The auction of the parcel of land at Foxhall, Newport takes place at 3pm on Wednesday, July 31 in their office on Main Street, Newport.

The lands have the benefit of extensive road frontage and are conveniently laid out in five fields with a central roadway providing excellent access. There are cattle handling facilities and lands were recently reseeded.

“This is one of the best parcels of land to come on the market in the area in recent years in an ideal location and is suitable for any farming enterprise,” said Mr Lee.

Then at 3pm on Friday, September 20, Mr Lee will sell 66 acres at Rossaguile, Newport at auction.
