MAY MARKS the return of the annual Salesian Secondary College Charity Lunch, this year in aid of Limerick Treaty Suicide Prevention.
On Sunday, May 11, the lunch took place at Fitzgerald’s Woodlands House Hotel from 1pm, and included a prosecco reception, a 4-course luncheon, music by Kevin McCarthy and a fashion showcase by Ber McNamara designs.
This fundraising event is coordinated by a team of teachers and Leaving Certicate students from Salesians College Pallaskenry, and drew a great crowd from the school community and the neighbouring communities of west Limerick and beyond.
Loads of people attended, including students, staff, past-pupils and more, enjoying the fine weather and great food and drinks reception for a good cause.
“It is a great day for a great cause, one not to be missed!”
