WATCH: Limerick people give their take on 'Friday the 13th'

IT'S Friday the 13th - a day that has long been considered by some as being unlucky.

Those who are superstitious will be doing their best to avoid black cats, walking under ladders and broken mirrors when out and about this Friday.

We sent our intrepid reporters Meghann Scully and Jasmin Griffin onto the streets of the city centre to gauge the mood among Limerick people. 

For the record, the next 'Friday the 13th' this year, falls in October.
