'We're figuring things out as we go': Limerick's Conor Murray and Joanna Cooper launch new podcast

FORMER Munster and Ireland rugby star Conor Murray and his wife Joanna Cooper have announced a new podcast.
The Patrickswell man and former Miss Universe are set to release the first episode of their podcast Happily Murrayed on Tuesday.
They will chat about their lives, relationship, and everything that comes with it.
Taking to Instagram to unveil the podcast with a teaser clip, Conor said that Joanna was "very convincing."
Joanna retorted: "You had a podcast and I wanted one too, I kinda needed your name behind it to get it going."
"People are genuinely going to be shocked that you're sitting down doing this with me. If all else fails at least wee Alfie can watch back and be mortified in ten years," Joanna added.
On the podcast's Spotify page, the couple also teased what listeners can expect from Happily Murrayed. "We're figuring things out as we go - balancing life with baby Alfie, building a home, busy work lives, and trying to keep some sense of normality along the way. It doesn't always go to plan.
"This is a podcast about relationships - the good bits, the messy bits, and the moments that nearly break you. We don't always remember things the same way, we don't always agree, and we definitely don't have all the answers... but we'll give it a go.
Each week, we also hear from you - your questions, your stories, your dilemmas - and react in the only way we know how: honestly, and usually with a bit of slagging."
Connor and Joanna met during a night out back in 2017. The rugby star married the Derry woman in June 2023 in the Algarve and the pair had their first child, Alfie in 2024. The couple enjoyed a honeymoon in the Maldives earlier this year.
