ANNOUNCED: Seven Tipperary schools learn dates, times and venues for re-fixed quarter-finals
The Dr. Harty Cup quarter-finals will be played next Monday
The Munster PPS hurling quarter-finals that fell foul of the recent cold snap has finally been re-arranged with seven Tipperary schools across the Dr. Harty Cup and the Thomais Mhic Choilm Cup preparing for their quarter-finals next Monday in the University of Limerick.
With the ongoing conditions affecting pitches everywhere, the powers that be have decided to take the games to the outstanding facilities in UL, with a feast of hurling set to be on show on Monday.
The games will be played across the morning and afternoon with five matches taking place at the Limerick venue.
The only game involving a Tipperary school taking place elsewhere will be between Colaiste Mhuire, Thurles, and Clonmel High School and that game will be played in Fethard Town Park.
Fethard Town Park will also host two Dr. Harty Cup quarter-finals with the games between CBC Cork and De La Salle, along with Midleton CBS and St. Flannan's taking place there.
Munster PPS also confirmed the semi-final pairings after the last eight clashes, along with the dates fixed for the remainder on the Dr. Harty Cup.
