In its application to Tipperary County Council, it is seeking the change of use of the ground floor (unit C1) from retail to wellness centre including the consumption of food and beverages on and off the premises.
And, the change of use of the first floor (unit C2: which includes the ground floor lobby area) from office hub to leisure/gym.
And all associated, ancillary works to complete the development.
