BREAKING: Raw sewage leaking on to road in Tipperary from a 'private property'

Check this out!
Raw sewage is leaking on to a road in Tipperary from a "private property", as Cllr Liam Browne offers residents an update on the issue.
Cllr Liam Browne said: "Just want to give people an update into what's happening with the sewage leak on the Golden Road in Cashel, as I have been getting a lot of calls, and I know this is a source of huge frustration.
"I have been bringing this up at the council for the past couple of months. I have also been in contact with Irish Water about this for the past couple of months.
"The crux of the issue, is that the sewage leak is coming from a private property, and Irish Water is saying it's the responsibility of the council, and the council are saying it's Irish Water.
"Personally I don't, or anyone else cares, whose responsibility it is, so long as it's fixed. And I have let the council know this again today.
"It is a significant public health issue, with raw sewage flowing across footpaths, and a terrible stench and smell in the area, and also a severe road safety hazard in cold weather, where it causes ice on the road.
"Our first meeting back will be next week, and if it's not sorted by then, I will put it back on the agenda."
